Swiss Cottage School are running a SEND Arts Award Network throughout 2016-17

This is for Arts Awards practitioners who are involved in delivering Arts Award to young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Following the success of its 2015-16 Arts Award SEND Network, Swiss Cottage School will be continuing to hold FREE opportunities for special education and / or arts practitioners to get together throughout 2016-17. The precise activities of the network will be shaped by the priorities raised by those who participate.

in 2015-16, network activities included learning walks around Arts Award Special Schools and presentations from Arts Award supporters around what is on offer, to enhance delivery and provision. Our 2015-16 networks also engaged in moderation, shared resource online, and worked together to access additional funding to improve Arts Award outcomes for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
