In this course, you will be introduced to aerial skills, physical theatre and choreographed movement. You will learn exciting aerial skills on elastic cocoons and perform at height suspended on climbing harnesses.
Using aerial dance we will travel into the depths of our minds, exploring
what it means to be changing, finding friends, wanting to take risks, and
